Christina Michelle

Christina Michelle is the Founder and Executive Director of Eleventh Hour Consulting. 

She has nearly three decades of experience in healthcare ranging from prehospital through hospice care. She is a Registered Nurse, End-of-Life Consultant, EOL Doula Trainer, Certified Five Wishes Presenter,  and Waiting Room Revolution Ambassador. Her passion for serving others navigating death, dying, and grief began in her late teens while working in EMS and trauma. She has taken her personal and professional experience with loss and committed her life to educating, supporting, and advocating for others navigating through life, aging, death, and grief. She offers her services free of charge and relies solely on the generosity of donors to continue this work of heart.

Ilka, PCA, CDP, EOLD is the Assistant Executive Director  at Eleventh Hour Consulting. 

She has over 12 years in geriatric healthcare, where her passion for supporting others through life's final chapter took root. Guided by her Guatemalan heritage and a deep reverence for the spiritual, she viewed life and death as threads of one woven story. As a certified Dementia Practitioner, with extensive training in behavior modification and person-centered care, she blends professional expertise with soulful presence. She is fluent in Spanish. She offers her services on a compassionate sliding scale to make meaningful support accessible to all.

Ellie is a founding board member and Secretary of Eleventh Hour Consulting. 

Her experience ranges from serving the aging population with their personal and practical needs to caring for her husband during his chronic illness and year long hospice journey. This is where her interest in the dying process and love of sitting vigil began. She is a certified Eleventh Hour Doula and SC Notary Public. She specializes in sitting vigil to hold space, educate about the dying process, and address the practical needs of the dying and their community. She relies solely on donations to continue her love and service to others.
